Landlords and Tenants

Now recently I've become a landlord and I feel some sense of acomplishment purchasing a home and finding a tentant to rent out the upper unit. But why, oh why did I have to get the tenant from hell. She came in under some false pretenses and now I'm stuck until the end of lease. I have prayed many nights that I can stay calm and in control of this matter but it is becoming increasingly more difficult as she poses more problems everyday. I want to just be rid of the problem, but legally I have procedures to follow, like with anything. But it is getting ridiculous.
